1. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required before orders can be dispatched. Credit terms can be discussed once adequate payment history has been established.

2. RISKS & RESPONSIBILITY OF GOODS
The risks of the goods shall pass from the supplier (St Nectan’s Glen Limited) to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property of goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until the supplier (St Nectan’s Glen Ltd) has received cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer, under this and all other contracts between the supplier (St Nectan’s Glen Ltd) and the buyer for which payment if the full price of the goods there under has not been paid.

Payment of the full price of the goods shall include the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all other contracts between the supplier (St Nectan’s Glen Ltd) and the buyer under which the goods were delivered.

3. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
Any complaints or claims must be lodged within 3 calendar days of receipt of goods. In the event goods have been delivered damaged, supporting photographs must accompany the claim and goods must not be disposed of until written authorisation is given by the supplier (St Nectan’s Glen Ltd) .

Failure to comply means that no refunds will be provided.

4. MOQ & DELIVERY
We do not have a minimum order quantity but any orders above £100 (+ VAT) will be delivered free of charge and can be made up with any products from the online shop.

Delivery charges will be determined by the parcel’s weight and size. All goods are sent via Royal Mail.

In the event that an order contains products that are out of stock, the supplier (St Nectan’s Glen Ltd) reserves the right to only deliver the goods until full stock is available to meet the carriage paid order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
