How do I return an item?
Simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging, together with this return form within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund, excluding original delivery fees. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the item back at our Selby store.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item.

Can I drop off my item at your store in Selby?
Yes, of course, and you take a look at the products in the ‘flesh’ too! Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you wish to come outside of those hours or on a Saturday, please contact our Customer Care Team on 01757 288 522 (opt 2) to arrange a time to suit. Our store address is the same as our Returns address.
We really hope that you are delighted with your order but we also understand that there may be an occasion when you will need to return something to us, so please fill in our Returns Form for us to start processing it.
You can either download the form and print it to include it in your parcel, or you can fill it and submit it online. If you have a question about returns not included in the given information on the form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us 01757 288 522 (opt 2).
Please note that the 14 days processing of your refund will only start when we have physically received your item at our store as well as the form. We need both to complete your refund.
